Armando Lai 
Armando is the founder of Top Promotion & PR Consultants Ltd and a well known professional in the industry. He is also a versatile inter-media creative freelancer. He has been a columnist and feature writer for various local publications including Ming Pao Weekly, Hong Kong Commercial Daily, Ta Kung Pao, Hong Kong Daily News, Express Daily, 3 Weekly, Youth Weekly. Currently he is writing for Express Weekly, Hong Kong Economic Journal, Popular Lifestyle & Entertainment Monthly (Canada) and Hot Times (China).

Armando is also a prolific canto-pop and children’s music composer based in Hong Kong and Macao where he is known as “Father of Children's Songs” in thanks to his remarkable ability in composing songs for kids. He has served as judges for singing and song-writing contests for a number of public and private institutions including MTR Corporation, The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, Standard Chartered Bank (HK) Ltd, Hang Seng Bank, Bank of China, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, TVB, ATV, The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
He studied in UK and received his Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from Louborough University.
